in turn produces excellent vetting results.
Oil Majors are tracking our fleet to see if
there are any repeats because questions will
then arise in their minds whether what we say
or do as PREVENTIVE ACTION is actually
working. We have now started to categorize
our observation based on five of the
categories as mentioned in the two graphs
and the focus should be eliminating the
Moderate and High Risk observations. These
account for 35% of the observations and the
target is to reduce this by half in 2014.
